You Are Not Alone Inc. is recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. You Are Not Alone Inc. was founded with a profound understanding of the challenges young children face when dealing with mental health issues. Our journey began with a simple yet powerful belief: no child should ever feel alone in their struggles. We strive to create a community where children can thrive, families can find guidance, and the stigma surrounding mental illness is diminished.

Our story
As a parent of a child who struggles with mental health challenges, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find the right treatment. I also know how lonely, scary, and overwhelming the journey can feel. When your child is hurting, you just want to help—but figuring out where to turn can be incredibly challenging.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide education, support, assistance, including food, gift cards, and other essential support to families in Massachusetts raising children ages, 5-12 who are living with mental illness.
